Late Entries
These will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organising committee. Any Late entries will incur an additional fee of $50.00

Entry Fee
First class $35, each subsequent class $15
Scrutineering
All cars are to placed in the scrutineering impound immediately after racing and must not be uplifted until the end of the following race. It is the competitors responsibility to ensure their car complies with the NZRCA rules.
Frequencies
All competitors must list at least two legal frequencies for each car entered. In the event of a frequency clash in a final the higher qualifying competitor will have precedence. 2.4Ghz system are exempt from this requirement.
Concours
Concours will be held at the beginning of the meeting.
Marshalling
Every competitor must marshal the race immediately following their own, unless physically disabled or scheduled in back to back races. In these circumstances, the competitor must appoint a substitute marshal and advise the Race Director.
Lap Counting
The event will be run using computerised lap counting via SlyFox software and AMBrc system. Personal Transponders can be used as long as they have been listed in your entry.
Qualifying
10 min Heats, 4 on Saturday
All qualifying rounds will use a staggered start
system. Please remember that during qualifying, you are racing the
clock, not each other.
Qualifying Positions will be determined by adding the points tally
from Three(3) of the Four(4) rounds, with your worst result dropped.
No cars will go directly in to the A final.
Finals
Maximum of 10 cars per final. Finals will be run using a "Xmas Tree" system.
